Flor de Caña Rum is made in Nicaragua, at the base of San Cristóbal, the country's tallest and most active volcano. Founded in 1890 by the Pellas family, the distillery has been operating on the same single estate for over 135 years, with five generations of the same family overseeing every step of the production process.

Flor de Caña is a naturally aged premium rum with no added sugar, no artificial flavors, and no additives of any kind. Every expression is aged in American white oak barrels at the base of an active volcano, imparting each rum with a depth and character that only time and place can develop.
